Dear Maryann,

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your wonderful service with my DogWatch fencing. From start to finish the entire process has been a pleasure. In all honesty I had reservations regarding the trainability of my three beagles especially the youngest, however I must say all your instructions, encouragement and faith were well placed. The training went exactly how you described with absolutely no problems. I simply cannot imagine living with my dogs without the fencing system. All four of my dogs from the oldest who is 10 years old to the youngest who is 2 have an entirely new life they have a freedom they never experienced before. Now when it is time to go outside they sit by the front door and wait for their collars to be put on. I can spend time outside in my garden working or simply reading the paper and have my dogs with me. I have complete faith in this system, the road in front of my hose is very busy and none of the dogs have even thought about challenging the fence. One of my biggest worries was that my beagles being hounds would try to chase a squirrel or cat out of the yard and not even think about the fence. Well after watching the dogs run full speed across the back yard after a squirrel and stop 3 feet from the white flags really just amazed me. The DogWatch fence has surpassed any expectation I ever had and continues to impress me. Every person with a dog or dogs who wants the best for their pets needs to have a DogWatch fence. On a personal note, I must say that your service has gone above and beyond. The amount of time and effort you put into explaining the system and making sure I understood how everything worked was greatly appreciated. Rarely have I had the pleasure to work with someone who maintains such a high level of professionalism. Every question or concern I had was answered and handled immediately. I felt that you understood how important my dogs were to me and therefore they were important to you as well. Thank you again for absolutely everything.

Dear Maryann,

I guess its been almost a year since you installed my DogWatch fencing system.....It has been everything you told me it would be and more.....You know your product and represented it well.....My dogs already had a self installed over the counter hidden fence system.....When it worked it worked but it seemed to be down more than it was working. Once you showed me the quality of your product compared to what I was relying on I was sold.....Of course your best feature was your installation. All these loops and even the ground rod was improessive....(You do remember my lightning story I’m sure!) .... Okay so I’m still afraid of leaving the fence connected during a major storm but old habits die hard!

The best little extra I added was your indoor boundry. I had tried a catalog brand but the inconvenience of changing collars just made it so impracticable. The fact that your indoor one works of the same collars is great..... However I do have to sift my own cat litter these days :(

So, why you ask did it take me so long to write this letter. Well the true test of any product sometimes isn’t the product itself but the SERVICE provided after the fact.....

Well I had recently had to give you a call because my alarm went off in the middle of a Sunday afternoon (Father’s day no less). So I put a call into you and you promptly got back to me and the problem was almost immediately fixed.... We still don’t know why the break occurred but when it happened it brought back memories to the old fencing system... What a pleasure to have you as my DogWatch installer.

Now my biggest challenge will be getting the newest member of my dog family to become a DogWatch graduate!

Dear Maryann,

Thank you for getting the collar to us so quickly. So far Quarry has respected the fence. A good test was when the neighbors dog came over and played with him and when the dog left, Quarry followed but got beeped and returned.

I hope I didn’t sound too crazy the other night. It’s just been one of those weeks - my phone has been out for 6 days, the microwave stopped working, my car is not starting but once a day, and then I realized that Ruby’s battery was dead.

The battery arrived today and her collar is working again, so hopefully this is the start of a good week. Thanks so much for sending it so quickly!

DEAR MARE, FINALLY WE HAVE FOUND YOU A NEW PROSPECTIVE DOG WATCH CLIENT. BROOK IS A VERY NICE LADY, WHO HAS HELPED WITH MY CARE AND JUDY WITH HOUSE HOLD CHORES. BROOK HAS A YELLOW LAB, THAT HER KIDS LET OUT OF THE HOUSE AND THE DOG RUNS AWAY AND BROOK WILL BE IN TEARS AS SHE DRIVES AROUND TOWN LOOKING FOR THE DOG AND THINKING OF WHAT HARM MIGHT COME TO THE DOG. NEXT, JUST THIS MORNING, JUDY TELLS ME THE RECEIVER IS BLINKING RED AND YELLOW. SINCE YOUR GOING TO BE ONLY 5 MINUTES AWAY ON WEDNESDAY, I THOUGHT YOU COULD BRING US A REPLACEMENT. IT WOULD BE A GOOD EXCUSE FOR A VISIT AND I ALWAYS ENJOY SEEING THE "DOG WATCH LADY". ALSO, I CONTINUE TO TRY AND DRUM UP BUSINESS FOR YOU AND HAVE TWO POSSIBLES I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON. WE LOVE OUR DOG WATCH SYSTEM! I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT OUR 5 GSHPS DID NOT MAKE YOUR "HALL OF FAME". I BET YOU DON'T HAVE MANY CLIENTS, WHERE YOUR SYSTEM IS CONTAINING 5 BIG-RUNNING DOGS.   I am writing this letter to inform them of how wonderful Mary Ann Bean is. From the sale of this great product to the installation it has been nothing but a great knowledgeable experience. Mary Ann is so informative, professional, punctual, accommodating and most importantly has great manners and is nice to talk with. All she wanted was for us the customer to be happy no matter what it took.

She took as much time as we needed to explain the system and how it works until we were comfortable with using it. The book was helpful, but the fact that she came to our home and actually showed us how to train our dogs on the fence left me feeling completely comfortable..

It is so great to see that this kind of professionalism is still out there.

It is not too often you find dedicated professionals who take pride in their work and believe so much in the product they are providing you. As business owners ourselves we would be extremely thrilled if we had such wonderful individuals on our team representing our company. You should be honored.

We are very excited at how perfect this system works for our family including our 4 dogs and 1 cat. We will definitely spread the word about your underground dog fences and the individuals we have encountered during this project.

We would also like to thank Mary Ann for the tremendous job she did in the installation and training of Scamp, Buddy & Sheba on our DogWatch Hidden Fence System, and look forward to seeing her again to train Candy, Blanca and Blue. We can now let them run with our children in the yard and not worry that they will run into the road. Even the neighbors that walk and jog on the road don't have to worry that they will chase them

It's also nice to know that if we have a problem with the system, or even if our dogs decides to ignore it, we have someone to turn to for help. The peace of mind it has given us is priceless.

Because of the time she took to get to know Scamp, Buddy & Sheba and therefore train and progress at a pace that worked for them – they are not only safe but HAPPY in the yard. To my knowledge no other underground dog fence service offers what you do and in my mind that makes it an obviously easy choice to single out Dogwatch above the rest.
